I am a Social Work and Community Development professional with experience in teaching, training, community development, programme implementation, research and stakeholder engagement. I have academic training in Social Work and Community Development, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology and an MBA in Project Management. My experience as a Student Lecturer at Zambia Institute of Management, together with practical experience in community development and programme work with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services and FAWEZA, has strengthened my ability to connect academic knowledge with practical social work and community development practice. I am passionate about learner-centred teaching, professional development, research and empowering students with practical knowledge and skills for effective practice. I bring strong communication, facilitation, organisational, ICT, research and interpersonal skills, and I am committed to quality teaching, professional ethics and continuous learning.
